Continue north/east on Hwy 67, along the Watauga Lake, across the bridge over the lake, through Butler, and the office is on the right, just after the Valley View Motel, 6 miles from the Farmers State Bank in Butler. From the South and West
Take I-40 to I-81 to I-26 (all interstates) toward Johnson City and Asheville. Take exit 24 off I-26. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Hwy 321/67 through Elizabethton to Hampton and follow the above directions from Hampton..

Coming from the North or East

From Mountain City
Go to the corner of Main and Hwy 421 (Rite Aid Pharmacy on the northwest corner) and take Hwy 67 south/west toward Elizabethton/Johnson City. Continue on 67 for about 9.6 miles. The office is on the left side of the highway just before the Valley View Motel.

I-81 through Virgina
Take Exit 29 from I-81 in Virginia and get on to Hwy 91 east (toward Damascus, VA / Mountain City, TN). Stay on Hwy 91 to the first light in Tennessee (Farmer's State Bank on corner in Mountain City, TN). Turn RIGHT, go through town to Hwy 67 south/west (Rite Aid Pharmacy on far right corner). Follow the above directions from Mountain City

From The East - Boonne, NC
Take 421 from Boone, NC toward Mountain City. After crossing the state line, the next turn is 4 lights at the Rite Aid Pharmacy. Turn left onto route 67 and follow the above directions from Mountain City.
